Job Description With 118 beds and more than 400 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi Medical Center offers a full range of services for the communities of Central and West O'ahu.
The hospital has delivered many medical firsts for the community, including Central and West O'ahu's only interventional cardiac catheterization unit to detect and treat heart disease, a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, a comprehensive women's center, CT scan and MRI services, and the state's first retina center.
Pali Momi is the only facility in Hawai'i that uses a team triage approach in its emergency room, where patients are promptly evaluated by an emergency physician.
The Clinic Operations team support hospital/clinic leadership and is responsible for assigned areas within our operations.
These areas may include quality and financial performance, marketing strategies, human resource planning, medical staff relationships, and research and education initiatives.
The department works closely with other health care leadership and staff within Pali Momi to ensure that operations are running smoothly.
They also provide staffing services for the hospitals and serve the facility with customer service, clinical competency and fiscal responsibility.
If you are detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills, you form part of the team that is responsible for the day-to-day operation and efficiency of Clinic Operations.
As the Business Office Assistant, you will support the general operations, including functions related to patient scheduling, registration, charge capture and data entry.

Qualifications:
High School or equivalent.
One (1) year general clerical or secretarial experience in position with customer contact.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Business, Medical technology or related field.
Medical Terminology course.
One (1) year experience in a physician's office or outpatient clinic setting.
Experience with compilation and interpretation of statistics.
Experience in Mammography setting.
Experience in data base management.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
