Job DescriptionJob DescriptionExecutive/Personal AssistantHonolulu based artist and entrepreneur is looking for an executive/personal assistant to support ongoing professional and personal projects.
The ideal candidate is extremely organized, focused on detail, and willing to learn.
The position is full-time, long term and combines the roles of personal assistant, property manager, and travel agent.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Manage residential and rental properties o Run personal errands o Coordinate events o Organize national and international travel o Chauffeur for both business and family if requested o Solicit and evaluate bids for multiple renovation projects o Coordinate with contractors o Assist in various personal and professional projects o Maintain high level of discretion and confidentiality o Anticipate needs and take initiative to streamline daily activitiesRequirements and Qualifications o 4-year college degree o Driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation o Basic computer skills (word processing, emails, research related to travel and business) o Willing to travel when required and house sit when the principal travels (up to 1-month at a time) o Pass extensive background check o Have a good rapport with and not be allergic to cats o Property management background a plus but not requiredApplication ProcessInterested candidates are invited to submit a resume detailing relevant experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
