Information Environment Assessment Analyst with Security Clearance

Lucayan Technology Solutions, LLC is hiring an Information Environment Assessment Analyst to support the Marine Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC) in Hawaii.
The IE Assessment Analyst should have the following knowledge:
o Conduct Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) assessments, conduct OIE planning and targeting with higher, adjacent, and subordinate commands.
o Monitor and assess the IE in the US Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR) in order to update mission planning as well as provide methods to track and measure the effectiveness of the operations; and recommend counter OIE measures as necessary.
o Develop understanding of the operational landscape and designated audiences in the Indo-Pacific AOR.
o Support and inform characterization and designation of designated audiences, events, and domains for competition and conflict Operations, Activities, and Investments (OAIs).
o Provide OIE assessment/analysis and support to appropriate stakeholders and decision makers.
o Plan for and provide recommendations on the employment of Information Related Capabilities (IRC) to influence a target audience(s) or events in the IE to achieve the Commander of MARFORPAC (COMMARFORPAC) desired effects.
o Incorporate various collection platforms, using multi-domain sourced data, effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including Publicly Available Information (PAI), Open-source Intelligence (OSINT), and other intelligence disciplines to develop a comprehensive assessment of activities conducted in the IE.
o Conduct briefings, provide written or oral reports/presentations and updates for staff and decision makers.
o Liaise with other Marine Corps Forces (MARFORs) OIE elements outside of USINDOPACOM as neededLiaise with other Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) Agencies as needed Due to the nature of the work, must be a U.
Scitizen Clearance Requirement:
TS/SCI At least 10 years' experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) At least 5 years' experience working in Information Operations At least 2 years' experience working in MISO, CA, or MILDEC Experience conducting assessments Experience conducting research on a range of topics and functional areas Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient at authoring analytical or policy documents Proficient at Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's Degree in Political Science (or similar discipline)o Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, or Graduation from a military Command & Staff college.
o Knowledge of Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE) systemo 10 or more years of experience in MISO or MILDECo Experience with Classified Material Security and Handling Procedureso 3 years' experience in the MARFORPAC Area of Operations (AO)o 3 years' experience on a military staff (Service HQ, Combatant Command, OSD, JS)o Experience with the planning process for IO and integration into theater level OPLANS, CONPLANS and Theater Campaign Plans (TCP) Physical and Environmental Concerns:
o The work is primarily sedentary, although some slight physical effort may be required.
o The work is typically performed in an adequately lighted and climate-controlled office.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
