Supports the United States Pacific Command (USPACOM) Outreach Division (J9), headquartered at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii, in managing, organizing and analyzing collaborative partnerships with US Government, foreign government, academia, private sector, nonprofit sector and other potential partners in support of US objectives in the Indo Asia Pacific area of responsibility (AOR).Job Details:
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Collect, organize and provide analysis and data management of relational networks intended to refine and improve non-traditional security engagements through the development of a database and analysis.
Provide technical assistance with design and establishment of the relational network database to include identification and development of requirements in building the database, monitoring the system, and training J9 personnel on use and utility.
Through analysis, identify key nodes and persons to leverage in advancing the PACOM lines of effort and strategic objectives; identify areas of potential collaboration around unique capabilities and resources partners may bring to bear.
Provide direct planning support and expertise for the J9 by researching, analyzing, developing, and maintaining a network describing critical working relationships.
Interact and interface with partners from myriad organizations to include USPACOM Direct Reporting Units (DRU), Non-Profit Organizations (NPO), Non-Government Organizations (NGO), Academic Institutions (AI), U.S. Interagency, U.S. Congress and staffers, and private industry (PI).
Work with other USPACOM Directorates to determine critical relationships the J9 should engage to further USPACOM's objectives and lines of effort.
Perform research and analysis of potential partner organizations and recommend additional relationships to supplement the J9 network database.
Contribute to and author reports, talking and position papers, white papers, and informational briefings on a variety of topics associated with relationship management support.
Participate in working groups and planning sessions.
Complete all mandatory training.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eligible for and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
Familiarity with database management and analytics software.
Demonstrated capability and knowledge of the capabilities and integration process for coordination with private industry, academia, and commercial sector organizations.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, creative thinking, critical analysis, and collaboration with senior officials (Flag/General officer and SES), policy-makers, academic professors, and military personnel.
Must be able to work independently and to work well as a member of a team.
Must be a US Citizen and have a valid US Passport.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
