Description
CSRA will perform studies and analysis for operational programs, intelligence analysis, command training, program management, engineering, financial/budgeting, logistics, administrative, contract support, security management, and resource requirements analysis. This support will be provided to Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) and affiliated component units, governmental organizations and partner nation forces supporting the Special Operations Forces missions.
Conducts complex research and assessment of management practices, business goals, objectives and needs to align management practices and procedures with business initiatives. Acts as a subject matter expert for large scale management restructuring initiatives.
Essential Job Functions:
Produces detailed analytical products for USPACOM's Theater Posture Plan and USSOCOM's Global SOF Posture Plan
Develops posture annex to SOCPACs Campaign Support Plan
Develops information papers, decision briefs, and talking papers on posture, policy, SOCPAC instructions, and executive agreements
Studies and reports to support strategy-derived tasks in support of: OPLANs, CONPLANs, EXORDs, Theater Strategy, and the Theater Campaign Plan (TCP)
Develops command guidance database/reference library that incorporates SOCOM, PACOM, joint publications, national-level guidance, and other strategic documents relevant to SOCPAC
Analyzes and evaluates SOCPAC component force policy, posture, and planning products
Provides inputs to the Joint Planning and Execution System for integration in the Adaptive Planning Process
SOCPAC SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a US citizen, possess a final Top Secret clearance based on a current in-scope background investigation, and be SCI eligible - MA/MS degree in an associate discipline
Minimum of 8 years of military experience equivalent
Minimum 8 years' experience in multi-disciplined special operations at the operational and tactical levels.
Experience in an interagency team environment in the PACOM AOR
Knowledge of joint doctrine, the Joint Operational Planning Process
Thorough understanding of special operations and joint force doctrine
Experience with theater posture planning processes and products.
Must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have familiarity with the Pacific AOR.
Must also possess share point database development skills
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology or related field preferred
Eleven or more years of business solutions experience
Experience working with company products, services, management practices, and business processes
Experience working with the business environment, business industry and competitor products and services
Experience working with business consulting practices and techniques
Experience working with administrative and/or workflow systems
Other Qualifications
Strong communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and management
Strong creative thinking, problem solving, planning, time-management and organization skills to balance and prioritize work
Strong human relations skills
Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks
Ability to lead and work in a team environment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
