CSRA will perform studies and analysis for operational programs, intelligence analysis, command training, program management, engineering, financial/budgeting, logistics, administrative, contract support, information security/assurance, and security management, resource requirements analysis,.
This support will be provided to Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) and affiliated component units, governmental organizations and partner nation forces supporting the Special Operations Forces missions.
Essential Job Functions:
Subject matter expert and advisor on a unique, multi-disciplined team assisting Special Operations Command Pacific SOJ35 Future Operations (FUOPS) and SOJ3X Special Program Divisions with integrating operations and intelligence to enhance Department of Defense, Interagency, and Country Team operational effectiveness throughout the USPACOM area of responsibility (AOR).
Conducts multi-disciplined research, production, and assessment to deliver informed operational-focused recommendations for course of action development and concept of operation (CONOP) production.
Increases situational awareness through discovery characterization of threats; identification of critical nodes; isolation of associated gaps; and fusion of data sets to broker and enable full spectrum SOF operations.
Develops tactical to operational CONOPs to enable communities of action to disrupt, dismantle, deny, and defeat those networks.
Facilitates all phases of the F3EAD cycle through Preparation of the Environment (PE); Tagging, Tracking and Locating (TTL) efforts; Information Operations (IO); Law Enforcement operations; and Unconventional Warfare (UW) in support of COMSOCPAC and CDR USPAOCM objectives.
Prioritizes requests for support, conduct near, mid and long-term examination of problems.
Applies a multi-disciplinary approach while establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with integral members of relevant communities of interest to directly support the application of SOF operational capabilities and facilitate desired effects.
Conducts short-term travel in CONUS and through the USPACOM AOR to support COMSOCPAC.
Must be a US citizen and possess a final Top Secret clearance based on a current in-scope background investigation, and be SCI eligible
BA/BS degree or 15+ years' military experience equivalent
12+ years' experience in multi-disciplined intelligence operations supporting SOF at the tactical and operational levels supporting SOF
10+ years of operational or tactical level military deployments within the USPACOM AOR (desired)
6+ years' experience within ASOT Level III and/or MSO support production
Experience in Special Access Programs (SAP) and/or Special Technical Operations (STO) highly desired
Experience within Focal Point (FP) and/or Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) caveats
Demonstrated experience in an interagency team environment in the USPACOM AOR
Highly proficient within SOF-focused Intelligence, Collections and Targeting Cycles
Subject Matter Expert with extensive understanding of SOF core competencies, TTPs, and operations
Strong understanding of Preparation of the Environment and Advanced Special Operations Techniques
Experience with conducting in-person engagements with senior members of USG Agencies within CONUS, the NCR and at overseas locations, to include presentation of operational concepts for approval by senior officials, offices, support cells and mission centers
Strong understanding of DoD and USG IA with plans, policies and planning processes and subsequent development of operations, actions and activities that operationalize campaign objectives
Experience with the conduct of assessments and the quantifying of performance and effectiveness measures
Working experience with Global Controlled Operations Management System (GCOMS)
Understanding of US Federal Law Enforcement investigative strategies and processes
High proficiency and routine use of analytic support tools common to the IC.
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to construct concise briefings and point papers, and assemble material that supports effects generation
Familiarity with multiple Asian cultures and languages (desired)
Experience in Special Access Programs (SAP) and/or Special Technical Operations (STO) highly desired
Experience within Focal Point (FP) and/or Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) caveats
Basic Requirements:
BS or equivalent
Fourteen + (14) years related experience,
or MS + 12 years related experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
