TSC Exercise Analyst, Senior

Key Role:
Provide research and analysis to generate deliverables for a Theater Component Command relative to the training and participation in multinational and bilateral exercises in accordance with training objectives, campaign plans, Theater Security Cooperation programs, and operational plans. Focus on the Pacific Area of Operations. Provide research, analysis, and recommendations to assist with the structuring and planning of training events to meet operational needs. Conduct reviews and analysis of current and past exercise plans to maximize exercise objectives within resource constraints. Identify and report vulnerabilities to current exercise plans and provide recommendations to mitigate all identified vulnerabilities. Research and prepare vulnerability analysis with regards to joint, bilateral, or multinational exercise planning, including event objectives, scheduling, budget, and administrative support. Gather research and perform analysis on exercise issues and provide recommendations to identify and mitigate areas of mission risk.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with DoD Theater Security Cooperation exercise planning and execution
Experience in the Pacific Command Area of Responsibility
Experience with operational plans
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of USMC planning procedures and policies at the Theater Component level
Knowledge of MCPP and OPT leadership
Ability to work with senior-level staff members and brief senior officials
Secret clearance
BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with the military preferred
Experience with supporting Theater-level Subordinate Commands
Experience with Pacific Area embassies and JUSMAG organizations
Experience in working with the Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS)
Knowledge of Marine Corps DRRS and METs
Top Secret clearance

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
